## Description

From AI to hybrid work to organizational culture, the most important breakthroughs happen when we stop thinking in opposites.
The tech industry loves binaries. Remote OR office. Build OR buy. AI replaces humans, OR AI empowers humans.
And social media makes it even worse,  because nuance doesn’t trend very well.
But maybe the future belongs to people who can think in terms of combinations rather than opposites. So today is really about one question:
How do we move from ‘either/or’ to ‘and’, as leaders, developers, organizations, and society?
