How can we trust an AI to manage production? The answer lies in the safety net of GitOps. This session proposes a "Zero Trust" Enterprise architecture where Agents are restricted to Read-Only access of the live infrastructure, forcing all operational changes through git. We will explore how this constraint transforms the AI from a potential liability into a manageable asset. By channeling agent decisions through GitOps pipelines, we inherit "Time Machine" capabilities: granular change tracking for every AI decision, instant rollbacks if an optimization fails, and a permanent audit trail. We will demonstrate how control plane standardizes the infrastructure API, allowing agents to monitor and react to system needs, while GitOps ensures that human teams retain total control with a simple git revert ## Speaker ### [Jaroslaw Gajewski](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/@jaroslaw-gajewski) Lead Technical Cloud Architect at Atos ## Related talks at this congress - [AI That Acts: Orchestrating Agents in Modern Developer Workflows (securely)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2026-europe/sessions/1148-ai-that-acts) — Evgenij Renke, Alessandra Vicini - [The day the chatbot asked for sudo](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2026-europe/sessions/1027-the-day-the-chatbot) — Alex Olivier - [Building a Multi-Agent Orchestration Engine That Actually Follows the Rules](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2026-europe/sessions/1174-building-a-multi) — Hussein Jundi, Torsten Stiller - [What Production Knows: Closing the Loop Between AI Agents and the Systems They Build](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/events/world-congress-2026-europe/sessions/1470-what-production) — May Walter
