## Description

Engineers don't burn out on hard problems, they burn out on toil: the 2am pages, the manual deploys, the "works on my machine" setups. 
This is the honest story of handing that toil to agentic DevOps: what we automated, where we kept humans firmly in the loop, and how much engineering time we actually got back.
