Email has fundamentally stayed the same for the last 25 years but the rise of AI and agents are changing that. In this fireside chat, Nikhil Gandhi, Yahoo Mail’s  SVP of Engineering, will sit down to discuss Yahoo’s AI strategy for solving its “98% problem” — the reality that people ignore nearly all of their email yet still rely on it heavily to organize their lives– by shifting the inbox from a reactive tool to one that works for users.
