Most products and solutions don’t fail because of missing technology — they fail because users show up too late.

Organizations invest heavily in AI, platforms, and architectures, yet still struggle to create impact. While more than 80% of developers already use or plan to use AI tools, holistic, user-driven approaches across different personas remain the exception rather than the rule.
