## Description

Current infrastructural speed has outpaced accountability as AI agents increasingly become autonomous decision makers across organisations. When an agentic decision is made, how do we verify the rationale behind it, and where does the audit trail start when things go wrong? This session will explore the vital intersection of hyper-scale AI platforms and decentralised systems, shedding light on why immutable public ledgers can be the missing piece for enterprise AI governance.
