## Description

Coding agents are writing high-quality code faster than ever, and are picking up issues and stories with growing autonomy. But the human developer still sits at the center of the pull request, reviewing code and suggestions. At the same time, context is fragmenting across chats, prompts, sessions, and branches, leaving agents stateless and developers without an understanding of intent, decisions, and learning.
