## About the Role

- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (oder vergleichbare Erfahrung)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive…)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune sowie ein gutes Verständnis für MDM-Themen
- Erfahrung in PowerShell-Skripting und Automatisierung
- MS Azure Zertifizierung von Vorteil
- Verständnis für IT-Sicherheit, Datenschutz und Compliance-Anforderungen
- Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest strukturiert und findest Lösungen, die im Alltag funktionieren

## Description

- **Benutzer- und Lizenzverwaltung:** Du erstellst und verwaltest Benutzerkonten, Gruppen und Lizenzen in Microsoft 365
- **Security & Compliance:** Du setzt Richtlinien für Datenschutz, Zugriffskontrolle und Compliance-Anforderungen um – inklusive Conditional Access Policies
- **MDM / Intune:** Du betreust Microsoft Intune (MDM), definierst Policies und unterstützt beim Geräte- und App-Management im MS-Cloud-Kontext
- **Systemintegration & Optimierung:** Du führst neue Funktionen ein, verbesserst Prozesse und automatisierst wiederkehrende Tasks (z. B. mit PowerShell)
- **Projektarbeit:** Du wirkst bei Migrationen, Updates und Rollouts von Microsoft 365-Diensten mit – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
