## About the Role

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Uni, FH oder vergleichbar)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Application Manager:in, Applikationsverantwortlicher, technischer Analyst:in oder vergleichbar, idealerweise im Finanzsektor (Banken, Versicherungen, Finanzdienstleister)
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von IT-Applikationslandschaften und Architekturen
- Gute Kenntnisse in IT-Sicherheit und Security-Prozessen
- Erfahrung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen und IT-Kontrollframeworks
- Erfahrung und fundiertes Wissen in Access Management, Monitoring und Vulnerability Management
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Dokumentationsqualität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse



## Description

- Technische Verantwortung für Applikationen im Leasingumfeld
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen und regelkonformen Betriebs der Anwendungen
- Koordination von internen und externen Stakeholdern, Dienstleistern und Security-Teams
- Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Security-Maßnahmen, Audits und Penetrationstests
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner IT-Prozesse, Kontrollen und regulatorischer Vorgaben (z. B. DORA)
- Verantwortung für Umsetzung und Dokumentation von ITPF-Kontrollen (z. B. Access Management, Monitoring, Security Controls)
- Pflege und Bereitstellung von Dokumentationen und Nachweisen für Audits
- Analyse von Applikationslandschaften, technischen Abhängigkeiten und Schnittstellen
- Koordination von Changes, Releases und technischen Abstimmungen
