## About the Role

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung  
- Langjährige Erfahrung in einer strategischen Architekturrolle mit Verantwortung für Enterprise Architecture, Zielarchitekturen und die Transformation komplexer IT-Landschaften 
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (z. B. TOGAF), Architecture Governance und Enterprise Architecture Management 
- Breites Technologieverständnis in den Bereichen Cloud, Datenplattformen, Integrationsarchitekturen, APIs und Application Portfolio Management  
- Strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und der Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Stakeholder zusammenzubringen  
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (min. C1)

- **Enterprise Architecture:** Du entwickelst das Enterprise Architecture Management der WALTER GROUP weiter und etablierst Architekturprinzipien, Governance-Strukturen sowie unternehmensweite Standards
- **Business & IT Alignment:** Gemeinsam mit Business Units, CDOs und Business Process Ownern übersetzt du strategische Anforderungen in nachhaltige Zielarchitekturen
- **Zielarchitektur:** Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Business-, Daten-, Applikations- und Technologiearchitektur und sorgst für ein konsistentes Zusammenspiel aller Domänen
- **Technologiestrategie:** Technologische Trends und Innovationen bewertest du hinsichtlich ihres Business Impacts und leitest daraus strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- **Transformation:** Du begleitest die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft von bestehenden Legacy-Systemen hin zu modernen, modularen und skalierbaren Architekturen
- **Governance & Beratung:** Als Sparringspartner des CIO, des IT-Boards und unserer Fachbereiche unterstützt du strategische Technologieentscheidungen und stellst deren nachhaltige Umsetzung sicher
- **Zusammenarbeit:** Gemeinsam mit Solution Architecture, DataOps, Cloud, Security und weiteren Expert\*innen entwickelst du unsere Enterprise Architecture kontinuierlich weiter
