- Nachweislich datengetriebene Arbeitsweise mit App-KPIs, Nutzerfeedback und Analytics als Grundlage

- Erfahrung mit UX-/UI-Design (Figma) und Prototyping

- **Discovery & Anforderungen:** Nutzerforschung und Kundengespräche in User Stories und priorisiertes Backlog übersetzen.
- **Datengetriebene Entscheidungen:** User Behavior, KPIs und Nutzerfeedback analysieren, Hypothesen ableiten und validieren.
- **Growth & Retention:** Denken in DAU/MAU, Retention, Churn, Aktivierung. A/B-Testing als Wachstumstreiber.
- **Prozesse & UX:** Durchdachte Workflows und herausragende Mobile-Experience auf drei Plattformen.
- **Qualität & Support:** Hands-on Feature Testing, QA-Begleitung, AI Prototyping und UI-Generierung sowie Unterstützung des Customer Supports.
