## About the Role

Wir suchen keinen Prompt Engineer. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Entwickler, der Software Engineering und KI zusammenbringt.

- Du bringst mindestens sieben Jahre Berufser­fah­rung in der Softwareentwicklung mit und hast komplexe Anwendungen produktiv entwickelt und betrieben. 
- Softwarearchitektur, APIs, Datenbanken, Tests, CI/CD und Deployment gehören für dich zum Entwickleralltag. 
- Python beherrschst du sicher; auch mit JavaScript und TypeScript kannst du umgehen. 
- Du hast KI- oder ML-Funktionen produktiv in Software integriert und kennst dich mit LLMs, RAG, Prompting, Evaluation und Fine-Tuning aus. 
- Agentische Systeme, Tool-Use und multimodale Modelle sind für dich praktische Technologien, keine theoretischen Konzepte. 
- Technologien wie ONNX, TensorRT, vLLM oder llama.cpp sind dir vertraut oder du hast mit vergleichbaren Technologien gearbeitet. 
- Du übernimmst als Senior Verantwortung für Qualität, Architektur und technische Entscheidungen und arbeitest sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.



## Description

- Du entwickelst Software – nicht nur KI-Prototypen. Du baust Anwendungen, Services, APIs und Schnittstellen und bringst sie zuverlässig in den produktiven Betrieb. 
- Du machst KI zum Teil unserer Plattform. Du integrierst LLMs und andere Modelle in unsere Systeme und verbindest sie mit Daten, Services und Workflows. 
- Du baust KI-Agenten, die wirklich etwas erledigen. Mit Tool-Use, Zuständen, Loops und Selbstkorrektur statt einmaliger Prompt-Antworten. 
- Du bringst Modelle in den produktiven Betrieb. Von Evaluation und Fine-Tuning bis zu Serving, Quantisierung und Performance-Optimierung. 
- Du machst Dokumente für KI verständlich. Formulare, Belege, Verträge und Scans sind reale Anwendungsfälle für multimodale Modelle. 
- Du prägst unsere technische Architektur. Du denkst Software und KI als Gesamtsystem, triffst technische Entscheidungen mit und gibst dein Wissen im Team weiter.
