- Studium der Informatik oder Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in mit Berufserfahrung im Softwaretest
- Erfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung und/oder im Softwaretest (ISTQB-Zertifizierung von Vorteil)
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Testautomatisierung, CI/CD, Entwicklungswerkzeuge und KI-Anwendungen
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung automatisierter Regressions- und Lasttests
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Kooperations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2-Niveau)



## Description

- Mitarbeit und Einarbeitung in unserem zentralen Team von Softwaretest-Spezialist:innen
- Auswahl, Weiterentwicklung und Bereitstellung zentraler Testverfahren und Testwerkzeuge für alle Aufgaben im Testprozess
- Definition und Abstimmung von unternehmensweiten regulatorischen Anforderungen an den Softwaretest
- Weiterentwicklung von Testautomatisierungsstrategien und KI-gestützten Testverfahren
- Erarbeitung und Dokumentation von Best Practices sowie übergreifenden Testprozessen
- Entwicklung und Durchführung automatisierter Regressions- und Lasttests inklusive Coaching von Fachabteilungen
- Agiles Arbeitsumfeld mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
