## About the Role

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Anwendungsentwicklung.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Applikationsentwicklung im Industrieumfeld.
- Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Skriptsprache (Lua, JavaScript, Python).
- Kenntnisse in industriellen Protokollen und Schnittstellen (z.B. OPC UA).
- Umgang und Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Tools (z.B. Azure DevOps).
- Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-gestützten Entwicklungswerkzeugen (z.B. Copilot, Agentic AI).
- Grundkenntnisse in SQL und Datenmodellierung.
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit objektorientierter Softwareentwicklung.
- Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
- Freude daran, komplexe technische Probleme zu analysieren und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln.
- Fähigkeit, Anforderungen mit Stakeholdern abzustimmen und in tragfähige technische Lösungen zu überführen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1).
- Gute Englischkenntnisse.

- Entwicklung von Applikationssoftware für unsere innovativen Wägetechnik-Produkte, die weltweit eingesetzt werden.
- Arbeit an modernen Industrie-4.0-Lösungen mit OPC UA, Automatisierung und industrieller Kommunikation.
- Einsatz aktueller Technologien und KI-gestützter Entwicklungswerkzeuge.
- Erstellung von Skripten (z. B. LUA) zur Anpassung und Erweiterung von Funktionen.
- Durchführung von Code-Reviews und Qualitätssicherung.
- Möglichkeit direkten Einfluss auf Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen zu nehmen.
