The Manager, IT Business Partnering serves as a key liaison between the business unit and the IT organization, supporting the Head, IT Business Partner (US). This role focuses on translating business priorities into actionable IT initiatives and ensuring high-quality execution through strong program and project management. This is a hands-on role that combines business engagement, program delivery and execution excellence to drive measurable business outcomes. The Impact You'll Make in this Role: Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities, supporting the Head, IT Business Partner (US) in shaping IT demand. Translate business requirements into well-defined IT initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans. Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs and projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget. Act as the primary program/project manager for key initiatives, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. Drive prioritization and execution of the IT portfolio in alignment with business goals and leadership direction. Ensure effective coordination across cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Monitor and report on program performance, providing transparency and proactive risk mitigation. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive incremental digital innovation. Support governance processes including demand intake, project tracking, and status reporting.
