## About the Role

Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 3-5 years of experience servicing, testing, maintaining, or troubleshooting controls-based industrial equipment.

 * Strong technical aptitude with a detail-oriented, self-motivated approach.
 * Excellent customer service skills and a professional communication style.
 * Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Education:

 * Associate's degree in a technical field preferred; equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years) will be considered.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience troubleshooting RSLogix 500 and RSLogix 5000 PLC logic.
 * Familiarity with WinMan software.

## Description

As a Technical Support Coordinator at Lantech, you'll be a key problem-solver supporting our customers and internal teams by diagnosing and resolving technical issues across our full product line. You'll work hands-on with controls-based systems while delivering excellent customer support.
You will:

 * Provide technical support via phone, email, and video to customers, field service technicians, spare parts coordinators, and internal teams.
 * Troubleshoot and document electrical, mechanical, and programming-related issues.
 * Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and other teams to develop effective solutions.
 * Manage and follow up on open service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
 * Ensure service tickets are fully documented, including all troubleshooting steps, communications, and supporting data.
 * Program and support PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, light curtains, and related control components for the Parts team.
 * Submit requests for warranty and contract parts, including quotes, based on field service technician needs.
 * Participate in a rotating schedule to provide early or late shift coverage (10:00 AM-7:00 PM) and periodic after-hours support, which may include onsite assistance such as programming parts or removing components from machines on the production floor.
