The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offshore/onshore development collaboration and the ability to adjust work hours to effectively collaborate with offshore teams across various time zones. As the subject matter expert for the team, you will provide strategic guidance on industry best practices and technical solutions. You will leverage your expertise to design and implement highly available applications, utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps and Docker/Kubernetes. You will be a key contributor to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
