## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network components.

 * Proficiency with Windows OS and Office 365 administration.
 * Working knowledge of Active Directory (OU management, group membership, basic GPO understanding).
 * Ability to work independently on moderately complex issues.
 * 3+ Years Experience
 * Medium work including moving objects up to 50lbs

Desired Skills:

 * Hands-on experience with databases, servers, or network equipment.
 * Familiarity with imaging tools, ticketing systems, and remote support tools., * hardware, software and network support: 3 years (Required)
 * Windows OS and Office 365 administration: 3 years (Preferred)
 * Active Directory: 2 years (Required)

## Description

* Provide software, hardware, and network support to internal users.
 * Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software installations and configurations, as well as participating in documenting processes related to the IT Department.
 * Mid-level role responsible for more complex troubleshooting, system configuration, and supporting IT infrastructure components with moderate independence.

Essential Functions:

 * Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and specialized applications.
 * Perform advanced troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity issues.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
 * Contribute to process documentation and help refine IT procedures.
 * Assist in generating and analyzing IT metrics and dashboards.
 * Provide guidance to Level 1 technicians and help with escalations.
 * Participate in small IT projects (deployments, upgrades, rollouts).
 * Other duties as assigned.
