 * Strong experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions:
 * Timekeeping
 * Scheduling
 * Labor Tracking
 * Experience managing Oracle HCM integrations with payroll and third-party systems
 * SDLC experience within an enterprise environment
 * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

## Description

We are seeking an experienced HR IT Applications Manager to lead and optimize enterprise HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloud (Redwood UX) and UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions.

This role is ideal for a technology leader who can bridge the gap between HR, Operations, and IT, while driving system improvements, integrations, governance, and team leadership., * Lead administration, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

 * Manage UKG/Kronos Workforce Management platforms and related business processes.
 * Serve as the primary technology advisor to HR, Operations, and IT leadership.
 * Oversee integrations between Oracle HCM, Payroll, Kronos, and third-party applications.
 * Lead, mentor, and develop HR technology support teams while managing vendors and strategic initiatives.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
