Nice to Have * Electrical engineering or related technical degree. * Experience in embedded electronics and system integration. * Familiarity with RF design considerations and antenna integration. * Experience leading NPD programs in regulated environments. A Day in the Life The Systems Engineering Lead provides overall technical leadership for the development of complex medical devices for the Endoscopy Operating Unit. This role defines system architecture and ensures integration across electrical hardware, RF communications, firmware, and mechanical design to meet product performance, cost, manufacturability, and regulatory requirements. Projects often include disposables, capital equipment, wearables, short term implants, and multiple software components.
