## About the Role

* Build and scale advertiser-grade reporting applications that allow internal teams and, over time, external advertisers to explore, filter, schedule, and download Ads performance data.
 * Proven experience working on a fullstack engineering team, effectively bridging UI and backend development, including defining and managing API contracts between them and leading an end-to-end fullstack project.
 * Experience building scalable backend systems in Java, Kotlin, or similar JVM languages
 * Proficiency in modern UI frameworks (React preferred), TypeScript/JavaScript, and Node.js
 * Product mindset that is deeply empathetic to user needs, strategic in orientation, and driven by outcomes
 * Ads domain experience: broad knowledge of ad tech and advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to haves:

 * Expertise in owning and optimizing the Ads Druid analytics layer, powering low-latency, high-concurrency OLAP workloads that back all reporting, dashboards, and programmatic data access.
 * Familiarity with legal compliance and changing landscape of ads regulations around the world.
 * Experience working in the CTV space and knowledge of it's unique constraints
