* High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in Computer Science/IT preferred).
 * 1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk or equivalent role.
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Good communication and customer service skills.
 * Experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Office, 365 Administration, Epicor.
 * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 * Willingness to work after-hours on occasion for any support or implementation needs.

## Description

The Systems Analyst will serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various platforms which the company utilizes in day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, ERP, Engineering (CAD & CMM), Access Control, and Microsoft Office. In addition to serving as SME for the company's application needs, the Systems Analyst will also serve as Tier 1 support on the Help Desk alongside other IT Team Members., * Oversee Application Support, Documentation, and Software Updates.

 * Provide remote and in-person technical assistance to both Professional and Production Staff.
 * Work with software vendors to ensure accurate functionality, licensing, etc. as well as implement enhanced features and reporting.
 * Assist in day-to-day support needs throughout the company.
