The team builds and operates the foundational NoSQL and object storage platforms that power Docusign's global agreement workflows, spanning Azure (Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, GovCloud), Google Cloud (Firestore, GCS), and emerging multi-cloud capabilities. We hire people with a broad set of skills who want to work on platform solutions at scale, while ensuring world-class reliability, security, and cost efficiency for our storage and data platforms. Docusign is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our NoSQL & Blob STaaS platform team. This role owns the strategy, delivery, and operations of our core NoSQL and blob storage services, including availability, performance, security, and cost optimization across Azure and Google Cloud. You will lead a high-impact engineering team responsible for: Defining and delivering multi-cloud storage abstractions and APIs that decouple product teams from specific cloud substrates. Owning SLOs, incident response, and RCAs for our NoSQL and blob platforms, in partnership with SRE, security, and compliance.
