In this role, you will be responsible for maximising the value of products delivered by Agile teams, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs. You will own and communicate the product vision, lead product discovery, and manage the product backlog to ensure priorities are clearly defined and deliver maximum value. Working closely with cross-functional teams and a wide range of stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping solutions that deliver measurable outcomes across the full product lifecycle. This includes collaborating with design, engineering and business teams, influencing priorities, and continuously reviewing performance to identify opportunities, manage risks, and drive innovation. You will also contribute to strategic objectives, ensuring that all product activity is aligned to delivering tangible business benefits and an enhanced customer experience.
