Sitting within the UK Business People Transformation & Change team, you will support the delivery of critical transformation initiatives, working closely with Programme, Business and People & Culture leadership. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, can quickly create clarity and structure, and focuses on delivering real execution and adoption. You will play a key role in redesigning ways of working, partnering across the People Transformation team to maximise workforce impact and realise the benefits of the operating plan transformation. What you'll be doing * Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating change needs into clear, actionable initiatives * Lead end-to-end design, delivery and review of people transformation initiatives aligned to the UK Business Operating Plan * Work across multiple projects and workstreams, flexing to priorities and building cross-functional capability * Drive a strong customer service culture, owning issues through to resolution and identifying improvements * Provide expert advice to enhance organisational, team and individual effectiveness * Support strategy, methodology and policy development through insight-led analysis and recommendations * Analyse and synthesise data to deliver insights, build cases for change and assess colleague impacts, leveraging AI where appropriate, When you visit any website, it may store or retrieve information on your browser, mostly in the form of cookies.
