This high-traffic, mission-critical platform is used by hundreds of thousands of members each year and is central to our growth strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering our technical vision and elevating engineering standards across the RAC. As one of the most senior engineering voices in our Digital & Technology teams, you'll drive best practice, influence architecture and design decisions, and help shape our future technology landscape. If you're passionate about high quality engineering, modern platforms, scalable systems and mentoring others, while still staying hands on, this is the role for you. Based in our Bradley Stoke office working hybrid (2 days per week in office) with flexible working patterns.
