This Administrative Analyst (PPA3) position provides high-level operational, analytical, and administrative support to both the Director of EADS and the Director of Data and Analytics Strategy. The Administrative Analyst supports complex, high-priority, and time-sensitive initiatives with broad departmental and enterprise impact. Responsibilities include maintaining leaders' high-volume, high-complexity calendars, coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, organizing meetings, synthesizing information and preparing draft documents and slides, tracking priorities, action items, and deliverables to support effective program execution and decision-making. Working with a high degree of independence, this position applies analytical and organizational skills to research, evaluate, and summarize information related to departmental programs and strategic initiatives. The position requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to address ambiguous or evolving needs while balancing competing priorities. This position also supports a broad range of administrative, business, and fiscal functions, including budget monitoring, operational and process improvement efforts, and project scheduling and coordination. This position regularly collaborates with the EADS Strategic Program Manager and other senior stakeholders to align day to day activities with strategic priorities and timelines.
