## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited program in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
 * Knowledge of MS Windows operating environment (server 2016+, Windows 10+) and SQL database.
 * Understanding of information technology networking, architecture, security, account management, policy and webpage design.
 * 3+ years of related experience in Engineering/Software Engineering.
 * Knowledge in PLC IO and Data networks (ControlNet, Device Net, Ethernet/IP, FLNET).
 * 2+ years of Project management experience in building plan, procurement service, scope control, and progress monitor.
 * Ability to work cross functionally with local (North America) and overseas (Japan) manufacturing engineering teams and IT groups (network, firewall, security, account management).
 * Ability to work weekends to support application management activities.
 * Strong interpersonal skills, work well with team environment, and can build consensus.
 * Verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain with multiple levels within the organization.
 * Strong organizational skill and ability to manage.
 * Ability to visualize problems & solutions, work activity and project plans.
