We are looking for a dedicated Paid Media Analyst like you to be a part of our team., * Bachelor's degree required * 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or media optimization. * Strong understanding of paid media channels (search, social, programmatic) and key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). * Proficiency with analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI). * Experience with tag management systems and tracking technologies (Google Tag Manager, pixels, floodlights). * Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a matrixed environment., * Experience supporting media performance in healthcare or highly regulated industries. * Familiarity with marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and advanced analytics concepts. * Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data privacy laws impacting digital marketing. * Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, or similar analytics tools. ## Description Do you want to join an organization that invests in you as a Paid Media Analyst? HCA Healthcare has committed up to $300 million in programs to support our incredible team members over the course of three years., The Paid Media Analyst will support the enterprise paid media team by analyzing campaign performance, developing actionable insights, and implementing advanced optimization strategies across all paid media campaigns.
