## About the Role

* Master's degree with 0+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
 * Experience with data analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques
 * Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, R, Java, or C/C++
 * Strong experience with SQL and working with relational databases
 * Experience with machine learning (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM) and deep learning techniques (e.g., CNN, RNN, LSTM)
 * Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data to develop testable hypotheses and predictive models
 * Experience with data visualization and communicating insights to non-technical audiences
 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage complex projects
 * Familiarity with healthcare data, EHR systems, genomics, or medical imaging preferred
 * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and modern data science tools preferred

## Description

* Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to support data-driven decision making
 * Query and analyze large datasets across multiple systems
 * Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive models
 * Design and implement pilots to validate and optimize models in real-time environments
 * Create data visualizations, technical documentation, and executive-ready presentations
 * Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
 * Manage projects involving complex datasets and cross-functional teams
 * Independently execute analytical work from hypothesis through final deliverables
 * Identify patterns and trends to support innovation in care delivery and operations
