## Description

* Lead the delivery of IT and digital change projects within a structured portfolio environment
 * Manage projects using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
 * Shape and progress IT-enabled change initiatives aligned with organisational priorities and outcomes
 * Work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders to support effective decision-making
 * Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
 * Maintain governance, reporting, and project controls to support transparency and assurance
 * Ensure projects remain on track within fast-paced and changing environments
 * Drive delivery outcomes while managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
 * Promote accountability and effective communication across project teams
