If you're a natural problem-solver who enjoys both the human side of leadership and the technical side of enterprise tooling, this role is a great fit. ## Description We are looking for a Manager, Software Development Engineering to lead a team of 4-6 engineers and analysts responsible for the day-to-day support, operations, and administration of HCD's suite of enterprise tools. Reporting to the Lead Director, Software Development Engineering, this manager will serve as a player-coach - providing hands-on support alongside their team while owning operational processes, vendor relationships, and service quality for our tooling portfolio. This is not a purely supervisory role.
