Provides direction to other IT Administrators on the project in a senior administrator capacity. Considered a technical specialist in a variety of IT administrator disciplines. * Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure. * Administer Citrix Workspace, StoreFront, and Delivery Controllers. * Monitor Citrix environment health, performance, and user experience. * Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for Citrix support. * Perform Citrix provisioning, configuration, and application publishing. * Implement Citrix automation and optimization strategies. * Troubleshoot user connectivity, performance, and application delivery issues. * Maintain Citrix documentation, runbooks, and configuration baselines. * Manage Citrix security policies and access controls. * Support disaster recovery and business continuity for Citrix services., Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
