Responsible for providing technical support to business users, maintaining lab systems, managing system imaging, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on system maintenance, and the ability to support automation and reporting tasks using Excel., * Provide day-to-day technical support to business users, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.

 * Perform system imaging (ghost imaging) of lab computers and endpoints, including OS deployment and configuration.
 * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs and workstations.
 * Execute installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
 * Re-image systems as required for upgrades, maintenance, or issue resolution.
 * Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations.
