## About the Role

Do you have a valid Certified Project Manager certification?, Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 * 5+ years of experience managing IT projects
 * Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
 * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
 * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
 * Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
 * Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
 * PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification preferred, but not required

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives supporting a manufacturing environment. This role will oversee cross-functional projects involving enterprise systems, infrastructure, and operational technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a strong background managing IT projects in manufacturing or industrial settings, with experience coordinating between IT, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders., * Lead end-to-end execution of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery

 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, plant operations, and technical teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
 * Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
 * Facilitate cross-functional communication between IT, manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership teams
 * Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder updates
 * Identify and manage dependencies across multiple initiatives
 * Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and compliance standards
 * Track and report on project KPIs, milestones, and outcomes
 * Lead vendor coordination and oversee third-party deliverables when applicable
 * Promote best practices in project management, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
