## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, senior-level professional with a robust background in clinical development, specifically within the clinical study lifecycle and clinical data lifecycle, to spearhead data governance initiatives. This role involves managing business glossaries, data catalogs, metadata management, data lineage, master and reference data management, data quality, data policies, and data sharing, among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, the ability to analyze clinical processes and data, and experience in engaging and influencing senior-level leaders. Proficiency in preparing and presenting high-quality presentations and leading workshops is essential. We are looking for a proactive, self-driven team player to join our team., * Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably related to life sciences.

 * Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical biotech.
 * Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) for critical clinical entities.
 * Proficiency in data sharing for secondary use of clinical study data.
 * Knowledge of data governance principles and methodologies.
 * Hands-on experience with defining business data glossaries and data management processes.
 * Experience with enterprise data governance platforms such as Collibra., ICH Guidelines
