minimal supervision required ## Description * Senior individual contributor and SME delivering FIS imaging and distributed capture solutions (DLM, DLC, ImageCentre, DirectLink) for banking and financial institution clients * Leads small projects independently as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst; serves as lead Technical Analyst on larger, complex, multi-product engagements * Subject Matter Expert (SME) status required - brings deep platform expertise, cross-team solutioning ability, and independent judgment to every engagement * Client-facing role; must maintain strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship skills with US-based clients * Must work US business hours; after-hours and weekend support required for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-live, * Own and run small-scope projects end-to-end as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst * Lead Technical Analyst on large, multi-product, cross-functional implementation engagements * Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery sign-off with client stakeholders * Manage scope, escalations, and client expectations through go-live and stabilisation phases * Coordinate and guide junior technical resources;
