It focuses on service, analysis, system reliability, and teamwork across users and technical staff. As an Information Technology Generalist 1, you will perform the following duties: * User Support: Provide guidance on hardware and software use and assist users in solving technical issues * System Analysis: Review current processes and gather data to create improved applications and workflows * Network Management: Monitor network availability, configure equipment, and maintain connectivity to ensure reliable operations * Security Oversight: Maintain user accounts, review security logs, and apply protective measures to safeguard systems * Technical Installation: Install, upgrade, and adjust hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and application software * Training Assistance: Deliver training to staff and support lower-level technical personnel in system procedures Interested in learning more?
