## About the Role

* First experience building dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) - academic or personal projects are welcome
 * Basic SQL knowledge and an interest in data modeling and structured datasets
 * Basic programming skills in any language (e.g., Python, R, Java), including understanding of loops, conditions, and functions
 * Strong analytical curiosity and a desire to understand what data actually means
 * Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
 * Independent working style and the ability to ask the right questions when needed

Your mission

 * Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards in close collaboration with stakeholders from Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Legal
 * Translate vague business questions into structured analytical approaches and clear visual outputs
 * Write and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake
 * Contribute to dbt models to centralize and standardize analytical logic
 * Participate in requirements and scoping sessions with business teams to understand decision-making needs
 * Present and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Document data definitions, logic, and dashboard structures in a shared knowledge base
