 - Formación de FP o Grado en Informática, Sistemas, Redes o similar.
 - Conocimientos en soporte a usuarios y sistemas, redes, Microsoft 365, bases de datos SQL.
 - Valorable conocimientos de programación (PHP, Node, Python u otros).
 - Valorable experiencia en entornos industriales o de planta.
 - Perfil con orientación al servicio, autonomía y responsabilidad, buenas habilidades de comunicación, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y adaptación al cambio.

## Description

Soporte técnico/a a usuarios (presencial y remoto).

 - Gestión y mantenimiento de sistemas y redes.
 - Administración y soporte de Microsoft 365.
 - Soporte y mantenimiento del ERP Expertise y bases de datos SQL.
 - Gestión de sistemas de planta con lectura de datos por QR; escáneres, pantallas y conexiones.
 - Participación en proyectos internos de mejora y digitalización.
 - Colaboración directa con el Responsable de IT.
 - Apoyo puntual en tareas de programación (valorable).
