## About the Role

Do you have experience in PostgreSQL?, * You have a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;

 * You bring at least 5 years of experience working in software engineering with relevant programming experience;
 * Proficient in .NET backend development, including technologies such as Kafka (or equivalents), AWS, Docker, ECS/Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
 * Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code) to accelerate development, troubleshoot code, and generate documentation;
 * A growth mindset toward continuously exploring new AI technologies that can positively impact our engineering culture and delivery pipeline.
 * Nice to have: Experience applying Kafka for real-time processing, leveraging AWS/Docker for DevOps workflows, or performing PostgreSQL optimizations.
 * You know how to break down large epics into smaller issues;
 * You worked with the concepts of IaaS/ PaaS/ SaaS;
 * You worked extensively with microservices-based architecture and used asynchronous message-based communication;
 * You communicate fluently in English; German and any other languages are always welcomed
