* Ansprechpartner im First-Level-Support per Telefon, Remote-Zugriff und vor Ort
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Windows-Umfeld inklusive Clients, Netzwerken und Peripheriegeräten
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Standard- und Branchensoftware, insbesondere DATEV, Microsoft Office und Dokumentenmanagementsystemen
 * Administration und Pflege von Microsoft 365 sowie Active Directory / Entra ID
 * Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung bei Anwenderschulungen
