## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-nahe Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, ergänzt durch fundierte Berufserfahrung in der internen IT, Systemadministration oder im IT-Support
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID und Intune
 * Erfahrung mit Endpoint-Management (Windows / macOS)
 * Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerk, DNS und VPN
 * Strukturierte, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Gutes Verständnis für IT-Security im Arbeitsalltag
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Zertifizierungen wie MS-102, AZ-104 oder MD-102

Generative AI setzt du gezielt ein, etwa beim Erstellen von PowerShell-Skripten, Runbooks oder Knowledge-Base-Artikeln - als Werkzeug, dem du nicht blind vertraust, sondern das du mit IT-Verstand kritisch hinterfragst., * Verantwortung für Onboarding und Offboarding (Accounts, Geräte, Berechtigungen)

 * Endpoint-Management und Client-Hardware-Beschaffung (Intune, Autopilot)
 * First-Level-Support für das internationale Team (Troubleshooting, How-to)
 * Umsetzung interner IT-Security-Richtlinien
 * Pflege der internen IT-Dokumentation und Runbooks
