## Description

As Manager Business Artificial Intelligence, you will drive the application of AI across our business and operational processes. You will translate real business challenges into AI-powered solutions, working at the intersection of management, processes, data, and technology.

AI Strategy & Business Value

 * Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across business functions
 * Translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions
 * Define measurable success criteria and ensure tangible business impact
 * Act as the process owner for AI enabled processes
 * Shape the AI operating processes across people, processes, tools and governance

AI-Driven Process Automation & Scaling

 * Design and implement Safe AI-supported workflows (e.g., AI agents, copilots, intelligent orchestration)
 * Optimize processes before automation to ensure sustainable efficiency gains
 * Coordinate AI agents, dashboards and cross-system orchestration
 * Develop reusable architectural and process patterns to scale AI capabilities Ownership, Cross Functional Leadership & Governance
 * Act as the central point of accountability for enterprise AI standards and responsible deployment
 * Align AI-powered processes with executive priorities and cross-functional objectives
 * Establish governance frameworks to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable AI usage
