## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist 3 to provide technical support for end users and maintain desktop systems, business applications, and IT infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, Windows systems, networking, and cloud-related technologies while ensuring timely resolution of support requests through ServiceNow. The ideal candidate should have strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and experience with enterprise IT environments., * Bachelor''s degree with 3+ years of experience, Associate''s degree with 5+ years, or equivalent experience.

 * 2-3+ years of IT/Desktop Support experience.
 * Experience with ServiceNow.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
 * Experience troubleshooting TCP/IP networking issues.
 * Experience with AWS CLI and Terraform.
 * Professional certification such as A+, Network+, Cloud+, or equivalent (required).
 * Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer support skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience supporting cloud infrastructure.
 * Knowledge of automation and infrastructure provisioning.
 * Experience with video conferencing and A/V systems.
 * Experience with production support and incident management.
 * Ability to identify process improvements and learn new technologies quickly.

## Description

* Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows 10/11, and network issues.
 * Manage and resolve ServiceNow support tickets.
 * Support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
 * Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
 * Troubleshoot TCP/IP connectivity issues.
 * Support cloud environments using AWS CLI and Terraform.
 * Assist with video conferencing, A/V equipment, and mobile devices.
 * Respond to production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
 * Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team and recommend technical improvements.
