## About the Role

* Tiefgehende Erfahrung in der Einführung und Optimierung von SAP-Softwarelösungen und in der Steuerung von SAP-Projekten

 * Praxiserprobte Erfahrung in der SAP FI/CO-Beratung, inklusive eigenständigem Customizing von Prozessen und Systemfunktionen
 * Erfahrung in der Integration von FI/CO mit angrenzenden Modulen (z. B. MM, SD)
 * Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen als kompetente Ansprechperson in allen SAP FI/CO-bezogenen Themenstellungen, inkl. Anforderungsaufnahme und Lösungsentwicklung

## Description

* Strategische Ausrichtung, Weiterentwicklung und Management aller SAP-Projekte im Unternehmen.
 * Kommerzielle Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Einführung von SAP-Projekten unter Berücksichtigung der Gesamtstrategie und unter Einhaltung von Budget, Zeitplan und Qualitätsvorgaben.
 * Beratung der internen Abteilungen zur Optimierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse durch die Nutzung der neuesten SAP-Prozesse und -Entwicklungen
 * Erarbeitung von fundierten Schlussfolgerungen im Team der Prozessverantwortlichen zur Verbesserung der SAP-Leistungsangebote und effektiven Implementierung von Change-Management-Maßnahmen
 * Entwicklung und Implementierung von Best-Practice-Lösungen sowie Business- und Prozessdesigns im Consulting-Bereich
 * Aktive Gestaltung und Verantwortung der zukünftigen Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen im Rahmen der SAP S/4HANA-Einführung sowie Begleitung des gesamten Transformationsprozesses.
