(A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) ## Description Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), Boeing's Space Mission Systems (SMS) Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) Capability is seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Manager (Level M) to be the SEIT Lead for the MUOS-SLE program in El Segundo, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the SEIT Integrated Product Team (IPT) chartered to perform systems engineering in support of the design, development, integration, validation and verification for the MUOS-SLE program. You will be a leader of a high-performance systems engineering team interacting with customers, suppliers, program management, integration and test engineers and senior technologists. The ideal candidate will have a background in spacecraft development, integration and test as a systems engineering leader with cost, schedule and performance responsibilities. You will need to be an open and inclusive leader partnering with other Boeing business functional areas, engineering capabilities, and program leadership.
