 * Weiterentwicklung von IT-Strategien, Architekturen und Betriebsprozessen
 * Steuerung und Optimierung des Incident- und Problemmanagements
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Koordination externer Dienstleister
 * Erstellung und Monitoring von Budgets, Reports und relevanten IT-Kennzahlen
 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung von zwei Teams im IT-Umfeld
 * Förderung einer offenen, leistungsorientierten und teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen im Finanzumfeld
