The Project Manager oversees annual capital expenditure initiatives, including HVAC replacements, electrical upgrades, roof and building envelope improvements, and major equipment installations. The position manages the full project lifecycle from design through construction, commissioning, and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
