## Description

* Du bildest die zentrale Schnittstelle im IT Application Management zwischen Softwareherstellern, IT-Providern und internen Abteilungen.
 * Dabei stellst du mit deinem fachlichen Know-How den stabilen und reibungslosen Betrieb in der IT sicher.
 * Die Analyse und Ideengenerierung zur Fehlerbeseitigung, die Konzeptionierung von Workarounds sowie Initiierung von Hot Fix und langfristigen Produktverbesserungen bei den Softwareherstellern zählen zu deinen Aufgaben.
 * Abschließend verantwortest Du als Ideengeber die Weiterentwicklung der Anwendungen und deren dazugehörige Produktionsprozesse, u.a. zur Steigerung der Performance wie auch Reduzierung der Störungsanfälligkeit.
